Big basket doesn't have any respect for their customer. They don't delivered the confirmed products.i don't know what kind of eccomerce they are doing . They charge huge cancellation fee even though the order is cancelled because of there mistake . For reordeing of undelivered products they charge heavy delivery charges. Took lot of time to return money to source account. They dont accept Sodexo , they should tell the problems. There customer care respond very bad. They don't let connect to manager. My complains are 100 percent genuine and I can come anytime over call. Big basket I am going to delete your app.

Basically, wasted my time and money with big basket..
