Extremely poor service standards.. needs a lot of improvements in order to attract customers including repeat visits. Not at all value for money.. TVs do not work for want of recharge. Though the front office staff tried his best to meet the requirements, nothing is in order. Expect management to give serious thoughts on improving overall customer experience.

Hey guys.... Sorry to say that dam poor experience in this hotel. These guys open the room from the master key without permission...and when u have not checked out tell yet.. These guys do not apologized me where as they were arguing with me. Their owner are very bad communications.
