Though the rooms are biiiiiggg, I didn't feel like I'm in a good room because of the service provided. I stayed there for complete 5 days and I have been asking from day 1 to clean my room ,but they hadn't. I haven't felt pleasant staying there. Apart from the room , there is dining hall and a conference hall which is useful .and yeah outside food is not allowed.

The staff is so nice you'l feel like you are in a 7 star , coz seriously 5 star hotel staff aint that sweet anymore , anyway the rooms are modern and well built with perfect cleanliness maintained . visit here for a hassle free experience , and unmarried couples are welcome here so just carry your id proofs and go on.

Very good hotel and service staff were excellent. On the main road of MVP colony and near to Kailashgiri and very near to Simhachalam Temple. You will get all necessary daily needs near by. Recommended to all.

They don't know English and hindi.. Language barriers They cant even handle guest at breakfast table . Bad room service. Bad air conditioning. Not much happy with this hotel. They font even clean your room. I don't know about other people but my experience is very bad, i stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days.

Finding location was very easy. The taxi driver recognised this with the name itself . The check in was fast , service of staff was also good. This property seems to have aged badly, seriously needs some refurbishment . As you enter the room, it was very spacious . However it was untidy , bedsheet stains and seemed not wages properly , and many of the fixtures were in broken condition. The AC seemed to be very old and it did make odd sounds . The bathroom was not cleaned well and I was wondering how much they could have done to make this better for the space this place has got . I am comparing this with other other oyo properties. With small but important changes , this can become great place easily . The people was good
