A well known chain of cafes, Boring Road Barista is close to the Children's Park. It's at a easy to reach location. This has ample parking space outside. Coffee and sandwich is good but I think they can have a larger snacks menu. If more items are added as snacks, that might be better.

Great barista with nice outdoor seating and ambience. The baristas and staff here go the extra mile to make the best coffee for you and make you comfortable. They sincerely attempt to deliver good espresso based drinks to customers. I would recommend checking out this place to others.
