One of the best gym in town. In terms of equipments and support the gym can be rated 'A1'. Very friendly people, trainers and owner Mr. Sachin Barboz. You can even take perosnal trainer. In terms of cost too one of the cheapest yet best gym in Vasai. Fully recommended for beginners to start their health journey. Please eithert be consistent or let them workout who are consistent. hardwork poys at barboz gym?

I've been working out here since last 3 years. This gym is the best. Huge space with all the equipments that you need. The owner is very friendly. The best thing is no trainer will force you to buy a PT or Diet plan , you can workout peacefully and approach the trainer whenever you need help. The gym is fully air-conditioned and the fees are also reasonable.

Monday: 5:30 am to 11 pm
