Excellent fitness and gym center. Great staff and excellent ambience. Aftab sir is an excellent personality and thoroughly professional. Will guide you in the right direction health-wise. Right next to Delhi Gate. Separate timings for ladies. Unisex hours too.

Friday: 6 am to 10 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 10 pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 6 am to 10 pm
