For passbook printing you have to go on left in coming out direction. A second shop in next building, usually have long queue.

Poor service. Just to change address in bank, they need adhaar card and electricity bill copy. Which is fine. But they need full copy of house agreement. Why is that required ? What is the use of adhaar and electricity bill copy then ? They just want to move customer from 1 counter to another. Useless staff. Everytime same experience. Poor service . It is the worst bank I've seen in my life. The employees in the bank don't have manners, how to talk with customers. The manager of this bank talks to us as if we have taken a loan from him. And the Old lady I don't know her name but she is the employee of the bank and behaving like she is the owner of the bank. And she really don't know how to talk with people worst staff. Please learn some basic manners... And the worst part of this bank "SERVICE" D grade service they will provide. Please don't open an account in this bank if you love your money and time.

The application form’s title should be something like DO NOT OPEN BANK ACCOUNT HERE instead of OPEN BANK ACCOUNT They are not providing service to customer, this branch of Bank Of India is just made for Time Pass. So, if anyone feels that they are feeling lonely and want to spent some time with others then they must visit this branch bcoz here you can spent ample amount very easily. This is because they don’t want to provide service to their customers, and also they don’t have ethics at all as to how to behave with a customer. They are just working as if it is their own bank and we have opened account in their bank. Finally, I would highly suggest not to open account in Bank of India. It is worth to give some rupee extra to other banks since they treat their customers as if customers are their real family members. I am feeling very very very sad today because I visited BOI for changes in detail of my little brother’s account. Now, My brother has decided to close account and open it somewhere else who are not like this bank.

Third class service. Waiting for the Debit card from the past 2-3 months. Still not received the Debit card. Bank employees do not care about the service. Every time visiting the branch to debit the money from the account. Instead go for well known bank.
