Very dissappointing service. Not at all recommended for people who value money. Dirty rooms with insects crawling in the bathroom. Big rats keep roaming around freely. There is no clear communication for anything. The plug points don't work properly. And when you complain about all this to the front desk while check out, they are not ready to believe you and say everything is working properly. Very non cooperative front desk. Never ready to accept they have wrong communications and miss communications from their ends and are always ready to ask you for payments! Very bad.

The best place where you can enjoy your stay and vacation whenever you are in udaipur. The resort has the best, well-trained, dedicated staff. They are truly know the meaning of hospitality and treats their guests very well. The location is amazing. Rooms and venue is amazing.

Staff and service was good. Property is not 5 star as mentioned. Went during December when there was a wedding going on. It was not the best time to visit the hotel. Vikramji did a good job in making sure my mother who is handicapped didn't have any problems to move within the premise. A special mention to Mr sunit and his staff from the restaurant service who did a good job. Overall property cannot be said to be 5 star. Has the potential to be better but not there yet. Only saving grace for the property is the staff and their service.

Recently visited with my family for our Anniversary. Room was very clean. We stayed in Patang Cottage and the best part is open sky tub. My Daughter loved the pool and she is willing to come out of it. Food is excellent and the service is also upto the mark. Service staff always welcome you with lovely smile that makes your day very great and happy.

It was an amazing stay with the best facilities. I would like to rate everything as 5 food stay experience service except for 1 thing which I felt on arrival. I had already booked the stay before hand whereas at the time of check-in he mentioned the room is not yet ready and said we can upgrade the room to a higher one by paying the price as it is ready and our room will take and hour to get ready. Just a strategy to sell a higher grade room whereas when I mentioned I would wait and will go out for food they mentioned your room got ready you can shift in which was really bad way of selling a room. Please don't apply these tactics with customer
