Dr. Baliga has been our family doctor for over 30 years. Humble, effective and highly sort after for the right reasons. Getting an appointment is sometimes a hassle, expect to wait 45 mins to an hour on most days, but the consultation is worth the wait. His diagnosis and prescription have seldom failed me and my family.

There is no information about the doctors absence, I was waiting since 9:15am to 10:30am then I got the information that doctor is not available today

Never ever visit this Dr in emergency or no emergency. My son succumbed burns on his hand. He is 1 year old. When we rushed to him, instead of getting the dressing done, he handed over a prescription with medicines and asked us to do it at home.
We had to rush him to some other Hospital.
Dr Baliga this was not expected from you. You are good for nothing. You didn't show sympathy, notmr concern, nor did you did what you were supposed to do. I am sorry but You are useless.

Worst experience ever. Visited this hospital today with our month old baby. No receptionist in the hospital and no doctor. All parents with their kids were in contact with the doctor over phone and waited for the doctor to arrive . In the wait period the waiting room was full with patients and parents with no physical distancing in times of the pandemic COVID19.
The waiting area was over crowded with sick children and infants.
When the doctor arrived he asked patients to come one by one for check up. No one knows who was first and next without a receptionist and record. Hence all rushed towards the doctors cabin
When I enquired with the doctor that there was a infant with is and there is no physical/social distancing, he told me to wait in the car with the baby whereas we had not gone by car and had taken an auto, most of others had also come on bikes and public transport.
Visiting this hospital was as good as risking our health than getting a cure. We didn't wait for long as the crowd was more and didn't know when our turn would come so we visited another hospital.
May be the doctor should work on following the guidlines suggested by WHO to avoid the risk of COVID 19.
