I am a regular gym member and it has been 2 months that i have been going to this gym from August 2020
MERITS
1) Staff is Professional
2) Good equipments
3) Good Maintenance
4) Good Space
5) excellent Hygiene
6)lockers are provided to every member
7) Excellent Sound system
8) they provide you with proper workout plans and even provide you with a diet chart to achive your goal..
9) Reception staff is very helpful and cooperative.
10) This one is my personal opinion.. i found this gym Value for money.
DEMERITS (personally what i felt)
1) morning timings should be from 5AM.
2) afternoon timings are not there as gym is closed from 1200 hours to 1600 hours.
3) not every trainer is Professional as they will guide you in the begining but when they will come to know that you don't want personal training they will stop spotting you. But if you approach them to ask some doubt regarding some exercise they will guide you.

Its very nice gym. Trainers are very good. Specially Karam sir I have lost 19 kg. I m very satisfied from this gym. Infact i must say its best gym..
Proper sanitization is done after every batch...
Management is taking upmost care of Hygiene best Gym for work out...

Timings:
Thursday: 6 am to 10 pm
Friday: 6 am to 10 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 10 pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 6 am to 10 pm
Tuesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Wednesday: 6 am to 10 pm
