Extremely disappointed with the service from Reliance digital in this mall. Very poor service. Once the payment is done, no one is bothered about further service. My parents, who are senior citizens, got a very bad experience by these people when they paid for Air conditioner from this mall but installation was delayed infinitely and they had to literally beg for the fitting. Sales guy, who had earlier promised about the entire service, openly said that its not his job to see if the customer gets fitting service on time or not. Once he gets the payment, he isnt concerned if the customer remains unsatisfied. I totally DISRECOMMEND buying anything from this store.
