Doctor's care is excellent care ! I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me by Dr. Sanyukta Mohare at Athshree Clinic I am very thankful to the doctor for the care I received during my treatment for Hyper tension and anxiety. I was not only treated with hypertension but Dr. Sanyukta helped me to understand how to live a healthy life. I was never a believer in ayurvedic medicine, but Dr. Sanyukta, changed my perception after the treatment given by her to me made me realize how amazing is Ayurvedic compared to Allopathy. There are NO side effects of ayurveda and that's amazing. I always go for annual complete body checkup. This time, I was at Apollo Clinic and as I went through tests one by one, in the middle of the examination, I was told by the doctors at Diagnostic Center that my BP is very high 180/110. Hence they cannot go ahead with Cardiac stress test, they also immediately checked my ECG which was normal. Nurses at Apollo clinic asked me to relax and stay calm so that they can go ahead with second reading, and the reading was taken, again it was still the same 180/110. Then I went for final consultation with the Doctor at Diagnostic center, Dr. at Apollo Clinic told me that is not good to have this reading (180/110) at age of 32 and still you are standing tall. I was in denial mode, that i have something like this, but Doctor told me that, you have Hypertension and accept the fact that you have this, else my health will be in more trouble. Doctor further said, you will have take prescribed tablets for your entire life, and it will have side effects for sometime until your body gets used to tablets, If your blood pressure does not become normal your arteries of the heart will be damaged and you may have cardiac issues. I was scared after listening to this, on my way back home i was scared my BP is high i may get an heart attack anytime, so i rushed home as soon as possible. Then I called up my friend and informed him about the tests and Doctors opinion. He suggested not to take Allopathy tablets at the age of 32 he referred me to Dr. Sanyukta, I was not very keen to go for the treatment. As it was Ayurveda and I had this belief that Ayurveda is very slow, my friend said, but it heals from the roots, most important he said there won't be any side effects. I had one thing in my mind, that I will try Ayurveda but at same time I will also continue with my Allopathy tablets. I booked the appointment with the Doctor for the same day. I met the doctor and gave her the reports and told her that Doctors have told me that I must take treatments immediately to avoid heart attack. To which, she replied to me first you need to calm down nothing such happens immediately, your ECG is also normal. The Dr. Sanyukta Mohare listened to me very carefully about my daily schedule, lifestyle, eating habits my weight issues etc.. Dr. Sanyukta Mohare explained me everything, why do I have high BP? What needs to be done to normalize your BP in a more natural way? Dr. Sanyukta Mohare advised me on what I must have in my diet, I was given a diet plan, an exercise regime, sleeping hours, what i must do relieve my stress eg. read favorite books, watch a good movie, hangout with friends. Her consultation bought a lot of confidence in me, that Hyper tension can be treated in more natural way. I was prescribed Ayurveda Tablets and Syrup for a month, but soon after 5 days my BP lowered and it came down to 130/80 which is normal. Because of exercise i lost nearly 10 Kgs it came down from 77 to 67 in just two months, i started getting sufficient amount of sleep. My lifestyle is completely changed which is more healthy i would say. I never took Allopathy tablets for BP. After one month of treatment Dr. suggested to go for Meditation, this changed a lot in me, I was able to manage stress, I was more confident than before.

Can A Nice Doctor Makes Treatment more Effective??? I would definitely say yes, Connecting with patients doesn't just make them think someone cares. It can make a difference for health outcome.. same as Dr. Mohare is best Doctor as we can blindly rely on the treatment and as I and my family has extream good experience.... Dr. Harshad Mohare is the most realistic Ayurvedic Dr in present time in Pune. He is such a positive person, which helps patient to forget their physical and mental health issues. His method of diagnosis is unique and certainly guaranteed. I would say he is something different than other available good Doctors. Thank you Dr. Harshad ??
