Apprx. 20 km from Rairangpur. Best time to visit is mansoon and winter. The place is very peaceful to bury the chaos. Jungle road and small ghat gives you thrilling and adventure.

Since we visited in the month of June No water falling despite visiting during summer. The waterfall was all dried up and only little water was visible. I would recommend to visit after rain. Nice place, it has a very beautiful view. Definitely worth it if you like clicking pictures and enjoy the nature. We have photographer gang ??

Asur Ghati waterfall is a beautiful waterfall very near the town of Rairangpur in the district of Mayurbhanj of the state of Orissa. It is located about 20 km from Rairangpur and 6 to 7 km from the mining village of Gorumahisani. It is a beautiful picnic spot with Pristine natural beauty and his visited by the local people and also sometimes by people from other parts of Odisha. There is no entrance fee and you have to park your vehicle about 300 m from the waterfall and walk up to the waterfall by a narrow stony footpath. The best time to visit this waterfall is in the months of November, December and January as the weather is cool and the water of the waterfall is clear. During the monsoons the water becomes Laden with silt and becomes yellow to muddy in colour. There are no shops or electricity at the waterfall spot and hence you will have to bring your own food items if you plan to have a picnic near the waterfall however please do not litter near the waterfall and it would be a good idea not to play loud music and instead enjoy the sounds of nature when you go to see the waterfall.
