Situated on the banks of the Akkulam Lake, by the side of the NH Bypass, opposite to the Lulu mall, its a very beautiful place to stay. The ease of access to Hospitals (Medical College, Kims, Lords, GG, Ananthapuri, Diabetes centre) and many small dispensary and clinics, World Market (Provisions, Veges, Fish, Poultry and meat), Railway Stations (Kochu Velli and Pettah), Airport, MOT, Technopark, Schools ( KV Airforce base, Karikagom Govt School, MGM and many others), Restaurants and eateries. As an added advantage to the residents and locals is the walkway on the side of the lake which people use for walking, children use for playing, families use to sit n relax, youngsters use to pass time and flaunt their bikes and cars.
