There's nothing new I can say about arsalan. This one is for Ruby outlet... Food:5/5 Service and hospitality :5/5 Cost: affordable and effective Location: easily approachable Ambience : 4/5 Firstly I have a complain and that is : there was a rat.. Yes rat.. That was like running all over the place that sacred the hell out of me... But except for that, a flawless service.. Absolutely amazing dinner. And insahallah, biriyani was lajaawab. But except for biriyani, I found mutton Rogan Josh another beauty. Also the laccha parantas and naans were ufff... I am left with no words.. Cost effective too. So go and have your fill... But if you wanna take away, please come with time in your hands. It is quite a elaborate wait that awaits your destiny Fir take away....

The service was pathetic. nobody came to take our order for the first 30 minutes We ordered chicken biriyani but got served mutton. Food was good. but the service and attentiveness needs to be improved. The chicken garlic masala was excellent. Biriyani felt a tad dry.

Rubi branch is the worst among others. Ordered Chicken malai kebab - 6 pieces & chicken tikka kebab - 6 pieces. Received 4 pieces & 5 pieces respectively. Upon escalation they said they have given the exact quantity & I am lying. Very arrogant attitude. Not value for money. They lost a customer forever.

We have tried special mutton biriani, mutton kosha and firiri. Taste was very good. Mutton Kosha was quite oily. Staffs are very good.
