Had breakfast from here. It was really good. Hygiene is top notch. Attitude of workers was nice. Ground floor is non AC and is really crowded. First floor ac restaurant is far less occupied. Toilet facilities were available in 2nd floor. Toilets were also clean and tidy

Real good place.the AC hall has been renovated and the staffs are really good. Usually try masala dosa or puri . Puri now adays not available but batura is. Masaladosa and gheeroast have diminished in size a bit but the taste still remains same. Thayrr vada and sambarvada are also good.

Visited Ariya Nivaas after a long time. The ambience is still the same and i believe this is the best vegetarian restaurant in Trivandrum. The butter masala dosa was buttery, the ghee roast was finely roasted and the freshly prepared naan and the paneer butter masala were delicious too. I have had multiple items on the menu on different occasions and have never been disappointed. And cleanliness is better now than before
Parking is still a problem but the security helped a great deal

Safe bet for all three meals.
If you are someone who has dosa be specific to tell them - No Vada needed
All restaurants in Kerala fry Vada very early and then dump it into your plate when you order dosa. They later round your bill with dosa plus Vada charges.
Due to recent hikes rates have gotten steep
₹47/- for two idlis.

Great vegetarian South Indian food in the first floor restaurant. The staff was friendly and the freshly made vadas were especially tasty.
