Temple of Consciousness, gives excellent training on yoga in all aspects. Especially for the health and happiness in life. Simplified physical exercises, Kayakalpa yoga, Meditation and introspection are being taught here. An excellent place to get energised both in body and mind. Healthy body and Strong mind could be achieved by practicing the yoga (taught by the experts here) continuously.
