So far the best clinic in Dhanbad and the peripheral region. I had a wonderful experience at the clinic as the doctor was very patient. I had a recurring dental problem. It was diagnosed and treated earlier as well, but of no use. My problem was finally solved after getting treated at apollo clinic dhanbad.

All staffs are very nice specially billing staffs are very supportive.. Clinic is very neat and clean.. All diagnostic facilities available here.

The staffs are supportive. If you are admitted to any hospitals they perform tests for Covid there.
I have not seen the same to be performed at the clinic.
The worst part about this place is that the Doctors are never available. They have to be called to reach the clinic. Meanwhile the patients are still waiting for hours.
I recommend not to opt for x-ray of tooth or CT scan as the technician is not versed and ct scan procedure is not operational. You won't find the doctors available here even for the that x-ray. Please look for an alternate.

Worst experience first time! I had booked an appointment via website and went to the clinic at per the slot. However to my surprise neither my appointment was confirmed by the clinic nor the doctor was available. I was given a silly logic that clinic will confirm the appointment. I had booked the same in the morning at 7:44 AM and these guys didn’t had time till 6:30 PM to confirm the appointment. No follow-up was done as well. The receptionist and the girl available was not trained and was simply arguing. Also, as per then the center manager “Aman Singh” was not available as well. These guys should be ashamed of themselves by providing such irresponsible and pathetic service being in a health care department. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going there as they are simply ruining Apollo brand name as well.
