Great Experience overall! Excellent staff service and very systematic procedure. I came for my diagnosis and to my surprise I didn't have to wait at all.. It was done within 15-20 Mins. I am very much satisfied with their staffs behavior and excellent gestures.I must say Management of Birati Apollo clinic is too good.Keep it up guys....

First I should start with Dr. Subhasish who is treating my Maa. When we did not get any other labs who can collect the blood at 2 pm and provide result same day, as the tests were very crucial to decide the next steps, We requested dr. Subhasish and requested him and he called this lab and xonnectme with Ms. Shilpi. Shilpi is a gem of a person. She arranged everything very quickly from this lab and my Maa's blood sample was collected within 30 mins. And till the timeshe did not deliver the report, she was there in the office and continuously coordinating. We got the reports on time. I think the healthcare sector is transforming. It's clearly now in the path of transforming customer experience to create the wow factor and this lab is delivering Customer experience mixed with Apollo standard quality. Thank you so much.
