The environment is really positive....??the best thing about this gym is that women here, feel really safe to wear anything they want to wear...?♀which I haven't seen in other gyms....the staff & trainers encourage you to be fit & eat healthy... Also motivate you sometimes if you don't feel like working out. ????

Waseem hasmi is the best trainer with deep knowledge and very vast experience in body building and physical fitness.
