I've been going to this gym for the past 6 months. It's one of the best GYM I've ever been to. If you want to see good results, you need to have a good trainer and this GYM got the best very experienced Trainer Mr. Thasan. He will guide you through every step of your way in achieving your goal. I grew up in Canada and I've been to lots of fancy Very expensive GYMs, but It's really hard to find a good trainer who knows exactly what kind of workout you need based on your body type. I've been going to this GYM for six months now, I can see so much improvement and transformation in my body which I never been able to achieve it when I was going to the Big fancy GYMs in Canada. So give it a try.

Hello I'm one of the student in Annai gym..I joined Annai gym before 6 months and I was 102 kgs...when started working out twice a day....my weight reduced gradually...but there for lot of hard work...both food and working out...reduce the amount of fat food you consume and you will also gradually reduce weight....diet is the most essential thing in weight loss...if you wish to join now...join immediately..or else you should worry in future....now I'm around 80 kgs... solid 20 kgs was reduced...tq Annai gym master das

Thursday: 5 am to 8 pm
