One of the good stays at Bilaspur. Nearby Railway Station. Great Property, properly managed and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Also it's a popular place for Business events and meets in Bilaspur. All in all a Nice place to stay.

Especially in the best luxury hotels you’ll find that everything from the exterior, the reception, lounge and all other public areas will have a beautiful and fancy design. You may feel like you are somewhere special from the moment you walk through the door. The picture below was one of the bars and lounges at the impressive Hotel Ananda Imperial.

Dear Mr. Sumit Bidhan, We went to Bilaspur on 2nd December, 2022 to attend my niece's marriage ceremony. They had arranged everything at your hotel. Flawless service, mesmerizing arrangements and warm behavior even at midnight has impressed me a lot. Food was very nice and hygienic, especially sweet dishes. Guests could forget easily that they were not in West Bengal! Most amazing part during my stay was meeting a Sindhi guy who knew bengali language and culture, maybe better than even me, though I stay in kolkata! Surprise was still on when we went to have our breakfast next morning before leaving hotel. We didn't even think in our dreams that we could hear our favorite Rabindra sangeet there! It was the master stroke of your hospitality Sir. Wish you height of prosperity.I wish you may open branches of your hotel in every city of the country ! I would like to share one incident about this hotel.We booked this hotel for marriage function last week .It went well in every aspect .After checking out from the hotel ,we got a call from the hotel that there staff found some belongings ( Silver Jewellery,Cash and some gifts ) in room wardrobe.We were very surprise to hear that a staff named Mr. Rahul had found above items while checking the room and reported to there senior management. It's shows how committed Ananda Imperial staff ,management towards best customer service. My humble request is to promote this guy or recognise him as Employee of the year to inspire the others too. I will definately recommend this hotel to anyone without any doubt. They returned every left items at own.Hats off to the entire staff of Ananda Imperial Hotel. Also i would like to mention about Mr. Brandon who was very cooperative from booking day to the day of our wedding function. Keep doing good work
