This the best place I have visited, the calmness in the atmosphere and the position Vibes. Just make the place more beautiful, with the colour combinations on wall along with art really creates a positive impact. The team here is really helpful and know how to teach and are really experienced in what they do. The friendly environment they have created there really helps in what your are doing. Making our body as a temple they help in physical as well as mental health stability. "I attended few sessions over there and my stress level just dropped down, and after the session I felt really good, light and more productive."

It has been a transformative experience with Ashutosh sir and other members of Anahata Yoga. It has been 2 months & I can already feel the improvements in my flexibility & strength in my body, and calmness in mind. The attention to details in every exercise is incredible! Would recommend Anahata Yoga to anyone who is looking to join yoga classes, but also have a good time.
