Amazing place to workout! All the trainers are very helpful and they motivate you to work to your fullest potential. All the machines and workout equipment’s are well maintained and work efficiently! I would highly reccomend this gym as it would be the ideal place to improve your perfomance and attain better fitness facilities.

My favorite gym in India! Some background: I own a functional fitness gym in Kerala, and I followed Alpha 7 Seas and Vedharth on Instagram. Really, really wanted to go and train with them. Met these guys at a fitness expo in Delhi and told Divy I'd like to come to Mumbai to train with them in May. They were super cool with my request, and invited me to come. So I went and spent ten days with them at Alpha 7 Seas. Bothered them with questions, worked out with them, and just hung out with them for hours each day; think my record was ten hours there. The gym is beautiful, like a play area / lounge for people who are into fitness. Vedharth is also an engineer, and you can see the attention to detail that went into the place. The classes are structured well and intense. There's a reason so many of their members are in great shape. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and fit. I can't stress the last point enough, b/c it's rare to find a gym where every trainer is inspiring. I got to work out with these guys when they worked out, and they are just beasts. So committed to what they do, they do it passionately, and they have a ton of fun pushing their bodies to do more each day. It's like a fitness fraternity, so while it's competitive and pushes you to give your all, it's also a place where everyone wants everyone else to get better. Can't recommend this place enough. I've been to literally hundreds of gyms around the world, and this one is special. Super grateful to Divy, Vedharth, and the rest of the Alpha 7 Seas team for their warm hospitality and for the badass example they set. Respect!

I highly recommend Alpha 7 seas Personal Training. The professionalism and passion for what they do is second to none. Thanks to their assistance my physio was stunned with my improvement and after only a couple of months with Apourv and his team I was strong enough to undertake training on my own, I really enjoy their sessions.
