Okay okay cloth coasters that they reuse, The waiter wasn’t properly trained to understand deeply the dishes on their menu. They really put efforts trying to prove themselves as a star restaurant by consistently using large tab and stuff. If you wish to plan a romantic date with okay okay food, this is the place - considering the privacy( as it was only 2 of us when we went) and okay food with a below average waiter and decently well knowledgeable manager.

24@43 was closed for maintenance so we were redirected here. Ok on food, but awful service. Even though the place was nearly empty, and they had plenty of staff. They served the dish (parathas) without its accompaniments (curd and pickle) and even upon asking took much too long to get it. We were done eating the parathas by then. Ordered a fresh lime at room temperature, and they served it chilled. Excuse being - they don't have any non-refrigerated soda! In a 5 Star hotel!! Ordered 'hot' water, and all we got was barely warm water. Asked for some left over to be packed for takeaway, and we had to wait for eternity, even for someone to take it from our table for packing. The bill too was delayed beyond reasonability. Just unacceptable from a highly priced restaurant in a 5 Star hotel.

Always can expect a quiet evening. The ambience is good and the food is excellent. A good place to experience fine dining in Electronic City.

Stumbled upon this gem of a piece of Italy... The experience was magical with Chef Varad's personal recommendations and his serving us with dishes off the menu. All we had to say is "Surprise us" and he did! The most awesome pumpkin soup in this world followed by hand made pasta (secret grandma's way from little villages of Italy) and scrumptious salads, complemented with the choicest wine. Chef Varad and hosts Shubham and Aayushi made the dinner an experience. And they made some lifelong fans of our family. Looking forward to the next trip again! This is hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Walk in and utter the magic phrase "Surprise us", sit back and let your taste buds experience the journey of a lifetime ♥️♥️
