Not only did I discover a chicken feather in the food I ordered, but the restaurant's response to my complaint was shockingly unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service displayed by Al Hassan Trivandrum Plamoodu was truly disappointing. As a customer, I expected them to address the issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, they shifted the responsibility to Swiggy, disregarding their own obligation to ensure the quality of the food they serve.

Got a feather from the chicken biryani and when we called them, their response was very irresponsible. Not even an apology from their part. Food quality is extremely bad, so is their customer service

I saw the shawarma chef mixing the chutney with his bare hands instead of spoon. The food was of low quality and the drinks ordered before food was served alongwith the bill. Nothing was served as per demanded. The staffs were only serving according to their convenience. Worst experience ever.
