The hotel is quite good. Pros: - cleanliness - near to tvm railway station - room service is okay Cons: - not that much professional staff. - even after online booking, big wait is needed to get the key - overpriced For a quick stay with family it is apt.

So I went to check in along with my family at this hotel “Akhil classic” but they did not let me check in because the hotel staff wanted to see my OCI card.I produced my australian passport along with Indian immigration arrival stamp and 4 other indian national identification docs of my family members but the receptionist did not let me check in as she was very adamant to see my OCI(indian visa) which I was not carrying with me. I have stayed at 7 diffetent hotels in last 10 days but had no problem but this hotel staff was very rude and gave us all very hard time and made us sit for 1 hour at their reception area with no fan and no aircon. I am very disappointed by the treatment I received by them and had to look for a place to stat for that night. We had very bad experience with this hotel and their inexperienced staff and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The team/receptionist lady is not qualified to handle very small issues and instead of helping, she would make fun of you in their native language with their other staff and give angry looks.

Booked the Hotel for 5 nights, The rooms were clean, room service was up to the mark, location is superb, near to Market. railway Station and Cimena Hall. Overall we had a very nice Experience in the property...and the food was also good.☺️☺️

Excellent Rooms. Had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very Co-operative and check in was really fast. The location is very close to Padmanabha Swamy Temple and Aurport. Must stay.
