I missed my flight and needed a place to stay close to the airport. this hotel is about 5 minutes from airport. I was up 24 hours and exhausted. The manager personally came and said relax we will look after you. The staff took my luggage. they explained room service menu. Everyone went out of their way to help me.i ordered breakfast . they explained if I come to the resturant then it would be free. thank you so much guys.

I’ve been vacationing in India for the last three weeks. I’ve stayed in many hotels. This hotel had the most helpful staff from Doorman, Reception, Maintenance to Kitchen… Everyone do their best to make sure you’re safe and comfortable. They even fixed the handle on a piece of my luggage!

The hotel is good as compared to the price. Bathroom feeting is old but working. Overall a good experience. The room light is not bright. Furniture is fine. The staff and services are good. Food is also good.

Rooms are good and spacious, but washroom needs renovation pots and wash basings are all yellowish. Floors were also okayish. Service guys work in their own zone. Although it was booked by my company, no key cards were given to us for our rooms.
