My first thought with this hotel was that it is little far from Mall road and I was completely taken aback by hotel room's view and facility and hotel crew. The hotel room was spacious with good view and food and services were timely and good. The best thing was hotel crew who helped us at all points. They booked cabs for us, helped us with our luggage and best of all, installed wifi router in our room which was required for our office work and I hardly think any hotel crew does that... All in all, it was good experience and will recommend this hotel for anyone who wants comfortable stay with reasonable price.

Rooms like wood cottage, neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room service was impeccable. Staff is really good and cooperative, two of them helped me with the luggage from the parking area to the hotel and vice versa. I got prompt service from all of them. Located in a good area, just some steps away from mall road where you can find the best shops and restaurants of Shimla. By the way it deserves five stars.

Stayed with family. It was a Nice cosy place towards one end of Mall road. Economically priced, newly renovated hotel. The rooms are decent sized for a small family. They don't have their own roof top parking like some other nearby hotels, but they have an arrangement for parking a few meters from the hotel. Breakfast spread could be better. Overall a good one night stay

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was nice. Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The Hotelwas fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful especially Mr Mukesh Rana. We Will be back in a near future. Me and my wife were happy to enjoy our tour by staying here. I will recommend my friends to visit here .

Wow! Didn't expected the location so prime. Staff was so humble and supportive. The guys (mukesh) at the front office 24/7 available like a little brother. Cleanliness, client support available at its earliest?
