I recently joined this gym may be 10 to 12 days now but feels as if I am here long time ago.. all the staffs here and very friendly specially the trainers they all are very good.they also have good collections of songs which they played there .. the environment there is very pleasant i would say....

A good place to gymnastics...gym is divided into two rooms...one is big and second one is bit small...trainers are very friendly ...gym is very formal... every one is very cooperative...and trainers also cooperate with you...u will have a program and trainers with give u routine according to your strength and power
