According to me and my family, it's best for pregnant women. All the stuff are well behaved and mannered. They properly behave with patient and family. The receptionist, cash counter biller are okay. Very polite.. facilities are all okay. In one word, without any hesitation one can admit his wife for delivery.

Uma medical I refer to many people because of its quality and its price also middle class family can afford.Insurance desk is very helpful as well,being a private hospital it would definitely sounds cost high but believe me it's less than any similar class diagnosis centre or hospital.Parking space is very small which is on the road.its near teghoria bus stop,I must say it's NICU is very improved one and better compared to many hospital nearby.

I've given this 2 star rating only because of the worst behaviour of a *receptionist*. She don't know how to speak to people. Patients go there for their treatment and she behaves so rudely with them. There was a couple.. i believe they came from the rural areas. They were unable to read the meds given by doc and asked her for help. She answered so rudely..i felt to go and shout on her but again, we were at hospital and my some relative needed a treatment, so i stayed calm and had to bear her. I hope the management might read this gentle and sincere review and take some actions. Rest Everything is good about the nursing home.. well behaved staffs and doctors are too good.

We had really bad experience under Nilabha Bhaduri. Our 1st experience was really good hence we trusted him 2nd time (Ceaserian) but this time everything was different. Our time was wasted. USG reports were totally wrong. We're given wrong reports and was advised that there's a problem with blood clotting. but when we were referred to ILS dumdum reports were normal. Doctor at ILS said that kono asuwidha nei parantu operate korte parbe. so we returned back to our native to get the operation leaving UMRI. Think before you get operated under Nilabha Bhaduri
