One of the finest Gym in Modle Town , i have been in almost all the Gym around but never had a great experience elsewhere. Firstly it's machines all are new and well maintained. Maintenance is a key else chances of injuries are veri high, secondly Aircon's , though I personally needs less of it as it's super chilling power cools down the body very quickly which I always avoids. But yes staff never say no to ON Aircon's even if you're exercising alone. Which is never be a case of one of the another Gym in same area where I used to be for more than 4 years. Trainers are good what i only ask them is to provide help in lifting ? They're very courteous and helpful. Only flaw i sometimes feels is of cleaning, rest all good including parking because I always get it there.

Excellent trainers and excellent environment. Trainers have great knowledge and experience and all machines are of best quality! I love that it's not very chilly like other gyms, just the perfect temperature to work out in.
