Trainers are very friendly and professional. I took muscle building program here in just two months I gained 10kgs, it's all because of the trainers support and the coaching was awesome. The best gym near saravanampatti area.

Well maintained and we'll spaced workout place. trainers Bhuvi and Abi are very knowledged on each workout , very friendly and we can approach at any time. Workouts were given as per the need . Adding a treadmill will be additional suggestion ???

I feel satisfied with their customer care. The result is total body fitness and health exactly what we all need from them. The trainers are awsome with great care.They train with what our body needs. Amazing personal training and clean gym. Would highly recommend. Keep doing exactly what you are doing.

Wednesday: 5:30 to 10 am, 5 to 9:30 pm
