A4 is not just a hospital which looks at people as patients but extensively takes very good care when it comes each n every person in personal. They take care of each n every patient in a very special way such that we become a family more than anything.
I had my own experience when it comes to labour pain. At the very last moment due to increasing contraction I asked to go for C section, but inspite of that they resisted and went for normal. Now I am a very happy mother ??
Special thanks to Dr. Aruna ashok who can make miracles and wonders with her hand even at the very last moment.
And the sisters who co-operate and took very good care of me Ganga sister, Ilakiya sister, girija sister, preetha sister, Priyadharshini sister, Bharathi sister.
And never forgot to mention the housekeeping staffs who showed equal care Rakkama and others. It would have been a nightmare without them.
Overall this is the best hospitality one can give for. Even one loses hope they make wonders for you.

My pregnancy is like unbelievable to happening journey..
I had thyroid from very long time also, I had ovarian cyst in 2020 due to which I had irregularity in all the things.Getting pregnant was unimaginable for me. I visited A4 hospital which was near my home randomly on a day. That day changed my fate. Dr. Aruna suggested to go for ovarian cystectomy where else, when I got second opinion, Other doctors suggested medicines and not to go for surgery. But my instinct felt in side of suggestion of Dr.Aruna. It was a very minor surgery which I took in 2020 in A4. Later all my period circles were regular and I was feeling normal. In 2021, I got pregnant. From pregnancy to delivery, I consulted Dr.Aruna. I beleived her like anything.I had issues like hyper vomitting, lower placenta and so on. Every thing was taken care and the journey was made easier one and only by Dr. Aruna, her supporting doctors, nurses and team.
Delivery Day:
I was induced for pain on 24 November 2022 night and on 25 November 2022 at the morning I was broken. I didnt have the confidence to bear the pain and undergo for normal delivery. By 8.00 am in the morning, Dr.Aruna came for a visit to my room, I holded her hand and cried that she should be there during my delivery and told her even if other doctors and pregnancy assist team is there also, she should come. I thought that she is the one I could believe. So I was not able to trust any body else. She told that she'll come. Later around 11 am my water broke and I started to shout for c-section. Then with the complete assist and help of A4 team, I tried for normal delivery. Dr.Aiswarya was there with me. Excatly during my delivery time Dr.Aruna came and was there. At around 1.53 PM I gave birth to a girl baby. While trying to push my baby out I peed on a nursing staff in the labour ward but she didnt even showed any angriness to me. Apart from paying money, "a doctor hearing her patient" and making things possible in her busy schedule is remarkable.
It was nearly an year, I was not able to give my review for this long time due to my situations. But still I remember and feel grateful for the A4 team to make my normal delivery a possible one! I forgot all the nursing staff names, I really apologize for that. Rajeswari madam in the admin team is also one among the supportive person in A4.
From "She, getting pregnant is difficult" to "She is a mom of 1year old" is made possible only by Aruna Mam and her team.
In my life Aruna mam is one among a beautiful soul to remember for life time?

It was a very pleasurable experience to have our first baby delivered here at A4 Hospital. The entire staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the time we were in the hospital.
Excellent medical care, excellent ambience, huge care for patient from the time of admission to discharge huge care for patient diet.
Our sincere thanks from bottom of heart to Dr.Nithya shyam. Best thing about A4 hospital is they wait for normal delivery and doesn't rush to go with C-section.

I would like to convey my sincere thanks and Gratitude by writing this review. On 12th of Jul 2022 I have admitted my Wife for delivery. On 13th of Jul 2022 my wife gave birth to a Girl Child through Normal Delivery.
I'm very much thankful to Dr. Aruna Ashok who take care of my wife and baby throughout the pregnancy Journey.
Special Thanks to Dr. Swetha for her postivity and encourages given during the Maternity. She was so patient and awaited alot to make delivery -Normal Vaginal Birth.
And During the delivery all the team assembled in the Labour room for Happy delivery. Kudos to Dr. Lavanya for taking our baby.
During the Labour Pain the staff's have supported very well by providing the Birthing Ball and making my wife to do all exercises and continuously motivating.
Special Thanks to Sister Ganga, Sr. Elakiya, Sr. Preetha in the Labour ward.
We would like to thank Duty Doctors present in the Venue during entire course, In case of any emergency just give them a call everything rest is assured.
On 12th Jul 2022 Dr. Praveena who Induced pain is called as Lucky charm in the Hospital because If she Induce the pain then it is sure shot normal Delivery if the patient is co-operating ??.
Also, we would like to thank Dr. Tharani for special care and support.
In Many reviews we may forget the Nurses who are serving from day 01 of our Visit that is our OP Nurses (I have forgot Few staff names) Special thanks to Sr. Mithra, Sr. Parkavi, Sr. Saveetha, Sr. Bharathi and Sr. Anandhi. Thank you for all the efforts in guiding the patient.
Also, I would like to thank IP Nurses - Sr. Priyadharshini, Sr. Divya, Sr. Kokila, Sr. Geetha, Sr. Menaka, Sr. Renuka, Sr. Vimala, Sr. Priscilla for continuous support and care shown towards the patient.
If I missed any one name. Please accept my sincere apologies.
For couples who are planning for the Baby or Who looking for Normal Delivery or anything related to Child or Gync related things you can visit A4 Hospital Valasaravakkam.
I would recommend Dr. Aruna and Dr. Swetha because I have meet only those two doctors but all other Doctors working in the Hospital are MD in O&G.
Last but not the least the sailer of the ship the reception staff's because they are the once who are making the show to run without any flaws. I thank all the staff in the reception and House Keeping.
Point for Improvement:
1. A4 is grown it is time to expand our capacity in Valasaravakkam / Virugambakkam / Vadapalani / Porur itself instead of Moving to other Location. (Just my thoughts)
2. I totally agree we need diagnose each patient which is a time consuming process. But still I request your extended support to look any option in terms of reduce the waiting time.
Overall Experince was very nice. I strongly recommend this Hospital for Normal Delivery.
They are ready to support for Normal Delivery. So, we need to extend our hands one step further by co-operating with the team which will make wonders in your life. Thank You all for spreading the Positivity.
