The amount I was seen on Oyo is 524.But When I reach there the receptionist says the amount is more than 600. Then why we are using Oyo? Worst experience. There is no way for me at that time so I booked the room.

All broken tiles. Not clear with web and dust. Customer handling is so poor. I have booked the room in OYO. The photos they shared doesn't even match 1%. We have cancelled and they were not ready to repay. The person at the front office was very rude
