I would like Google to add a ZERO STAR if they can because that is exactly what this centre and the working staff is. SLOW SERVICE! If you want mental harrasment, go buy a thing from here. You will get it plenty!

I had purchased ps5 and its stop working in 3 days. i submitted the ps5 the service center and anil & anuj both person are worst service provider. They will give you fake promise especially MR ANIL BATT he blocked my contact number. I better suggest you to buy from AMAZON or FLIPKART at least they will give you door to door service and easy refund & return. Its already been 10 days of my purchase and I didn't use the PS5 just because they had sold me the defeated piece. I do not recommend Be aware

I had purchased 3 products from moderns sale PS5, SONY LED and sound system but after three days PS5 stop working and they told me to submit it to the service center and they will replace it but when i reached to the service center submitted the PS5 they told me wait for one week for the replacement. There was no senior to attend the customer and according to their staff he (MR ANIL BATT) was on vacation. I called this guy Anil and he blocked my no# at the same time I had a word with Anuj he told me to wait till 5 pm I will provide you the PS5 but same fake promise then he promised that I will deliver this to my home address another fake promise. Today I called this Anuj and he refuse to delivery the product and told me to to pick from the service center. I better suggest you to buy from AMAZON OR FLIPKART instead of offline store at least you guys get the refund option and pick & drop from door step. I had spend almost 1.25 lac and now I'm suffering. All the Liers are sitting at one place. I STRICKLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SONY PRODUCTS

I was facing issue my sony Bluetooth speaker so i have visited sony service centre 1 week ago . They have log the case and told me that it will be replaced under warranty and given ETA 3-4 days now 1 week has been gone but still i haven't received my product back . Even staff is not cooperating while i am calling them for status they are just saying they will call me once they will recieve the product. No one is taking care for customer satisfaction. Really pathetic customer service.
