Very worst experience, Suresh who is the owner of the property send you pictures of one property on WhatsApp & upon arrival he denies the accommodation in shown building mentioning the property is fully booked by group of people for long stay , hence ask to stay at other persons property which is opposite to that saying it is his friends.
He also denies the booking on OYO & asks to book offline for high price.
Do not book this property, you have lot of other options available there.

The owner of this property is a big scammer. First he refused to give rooms through Oyo bookings and he asked us to book the rooms offline instead of oyo.
He then showed the pictures of the property and we have confirmed the stay as he said. But when we reach the location he has showed us another property. When asked him abt the same he said this is the only room I will provide if you want to stay you stay or else your wish. He's just playing with tourists.
With full of luggages and new to the place there would be no rooms available at that time, he has taken the advantage of it and demanded a higher amount than what was informed to us. Fyi his name is Suresh. Pls don't believe him. He takes money from the other property owner which he asked us to stay. He's a big scammer. Pls dnt fall under his trap. Hence, writing with a true experience.

Me and my husband went to alka resort home stay at madikeri we booked room in Oyo app they told us to pay 2320 online payment also told that if anybody ask money in that place don't pay when we reached the place and went our room the owner of the resort told that they break up the bonding they told go and ask with Oyo only we are not responsible for these inconvenience .so we went to police station and complaint against this issue.when police came owner of resort talked with them sended back them so please I telling all the people don't go ther they are cheating the people

I booked room 30/04/2022 on oyo from mangalore, karnataka. But wen i went to check in the property owner named suresh arguments with as. this home stay is not anymore dealing with oyo and we're not responsible. We pay d amount to oyo on online payment, the home stay owner didn't gew us a room. Finally I called the police we safar the full night. A police officer is very good man he was helped to get room in other lodging. Next day I went to police station to case register on oyo and land owner of the alaka home stay.
Question is:
If this home stay is not linked with oyo, how we get the booking.
A owner telling me about alka home stay is not linked.
Wen we calling for booking, call going to oyo customer care.
How is this possible.

Worst experience. Property owner denied the accomadation, even after i had a confirmed booking from makemy trip. I would suggest not to consider, if you still want first contact the property owner first. Otherwise you will be stranded without have a place to stay.
