Opted because of the brand name. Had great experience from other justbakes outlet. Cake quality is soo poor. But chocolate and Cream was better compared to other cake options available in town. So may be that makes people give a try again and again even after an awful experience. Service and parking is good. But these are just add-on. I tried dark chocolate

I called them at 9 AM to order 1 Kg cake, said their employee will call back. I waited till 10 AM didn’t get any calls so I called them and they communicated same thing. Now it is 4PM they haven’t communicated anything yet. Why should we wait for such unprofessional people?
