Crossfit Gym one of the best gym I have come across from last 8 or 9 year I have been working out in this gym, good staff soft spoken trainers helping always huge space interior is very good and there are many machines I which other gyms don't have every aspects of your health is taken care like steam what to eat , even they keep a check also the owner shashwat khurana is always there to help like 24*7 although he is bit busy with his kid but never said no to anyone so guys do try it .......

Timings:
Sunday: 6 am to 10 pm
Monday: 6 am to 10 pm
Tuesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Wednesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Thursday: 6 am to 10 pm
Friday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 10 pm, Hours might differ
Saturday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 10 pm
