Went here twice and un luckily both the times most of the items we wanted were out of stock. Not sure if it's usual there and it was just for those days. Pretty much disappointed with that and thus felt like not visiting the place again. Otherwise the ambience is good, parking is available and it's on the main road, easy to locate

The guindy cafe coffee day outlet is not open to customers at 9:45am on my visit. The lady at the counter says "you can return at 10 something. What does that even mean? On being asked again for exact time, says come back at 10:30.
The feedback is about 2 things.
1. There is no proper timing followed, neither is the cafe timing put up at the entrance. Instead the customer is asked to leave.
2. Staff is not trained properly to speak with a walk-in customer. Rash tone of voice to ask me to leave the coffee shop.
Just a bad experience overall and no service.

Also, CCD is cheaper (than Starbucks) and the drinks are not just ice like Starbucks.
Service can be better. The guys working looked tired or frustrated. Have been there twice and that is the vibe I got.
But I am happy to just meet people to discuss ideas and have a decent time at CCD.

Worst place to have your Business meeting or interviews. Recently been there for interview and was waiting for the candidate. The time was already passed one and half hours. The manager of the cafe forced to make a purchase. He said for one purchase We can stay for only one and half hour. If you want to stay lil longer you have make a purchase. He was very rude to say that so left the place. I think the management has changed again.
Also go with your laptops charged. The plug points don’t work.
