Hi All,
We have recently visited this resort found this is the worst resort we ever been.. we have booked 6 rooms of about 12 adults + 5 kids and ours feedback as below,
1) Room check-in time was 1 pm and we got one room around 3pm and rest by around 3:40 pm... Got frustrated beginning itself.. 0 ratings for timings
2) Swiming pool not cleaned and was informed us to use post 6 pm once all the day outing guest leaves - 1 rating for Swimming pool
3) The worst room sevice & kitchen staffs.... Booked dinning orders and waited for more than 2 hrs... Response from the staffs were pathetic mentioning too many guests and couldn't manage. Food taste was very poor and cost very high as well... Negative ratings for food and service
4) No hot water in rooms and no response from staffs.... Only convincing is AC is working good - 1 Ratings for Rooms
5) One of the staffs spited milk in the room and it took 3 hrs for them to clean. All the staffs in the resorts focused only to serve the Marriage events and not the guests... Very pathetic..
6) Beach view is good and only convincing...
Eventually, we got very worst experience this time and definitely need improvement. Overall rated 0 for this resort and no recommendation..

Place and location is g8 , maintenance and service need attention. Some Evening events can be looked into.. Food was good but tea charges need to be reasonable. complimentary breakfast was good. Best part is resort have direct access to beach.. and a open shower area outside of resort can help to keep resort premises clean and get rid of sand.

The property looks good with a nice sea view, nice place to spend time, friendly ground level staffs but not the management team, we should rule out the swimming pool from our list because it's completely dirty and with broken tiles, my kid got hurt and they don't even have a first aid kit with them. I felt completely unsafe being there. None of their food is good and hygienic in their restaurant and they tell us outside food is not allowed inside the resort. I got a chicken briyani served for Rs. 278 with 3 neck piece, hope we all can understand their quality. I can suggest this property only for their sea view .

This is a decent place to opt for a weekend getaway with a access to game activities, beach. Although the stay ambience and staffs are friendly But on the prise wise i Feel it is a bit costly.
One of The main reason for a stay is also the food part which irrespective of friends or family gatherings would require, but this place did not offer much.
Apart from fried rice they do not have much qualitative food varieties, especially with a huge menu we got disappointed to know there was only Chicken based starters or main courses where available and not mutton or no sea food.
Individual pricing of food has been kept higher side, but after ordering we got to see a lesser quantity with most of the chicken pieces are bones.

Nothing other than the beach location. The nearby resort is better in comparison to their cost. They charge like 5star hotel with old amenities and dungeon room. The flush out was spilling water the whole day, the screens were never dusted or vacuumed. Food taste is also average. The reception is before the security gate so that they can pluck the full money from you before you checkin and complaint. For sure not a recommended place. Local crowd comes there every weekend and dips themselves all day in the pool. You will never use that stinky dirty pool. But they charge you 5k per night. Worst in my whole stays across India.
