Totally loving this gym. It's like my 2nd home now, that comfortable I feel with the atmosphere not to forget best Master (founder) I have ever come across. It's just pure good vibes. Whenever I m in town it's my definitely go to guide (gym) Has helped me bringing me back in shape within 2-3 months. Natural airflow is a big thumbs up too. I have been to few so called high end AC gyms only to feel suffocated by sweat odors. Trust me if you come and be a part of this member your body will thank you so much because you gonna get alot from it.

Hi All, i joined Arokya gym about 3 months back and it was one of the best decision and the best part about this gym is the Master Yuvraj, he was so down to earth and he first understand one's body types and give exercise according to that. When I joined i was weighing around 96 kgs (6'2" feet) and now i am weighing 80 kgs, it is due to combination of Gym training by Yuvraj sir and also due to my diet. I am sure if any of the folks wants to join GYM in and around Chitlapakkam area can try Arokya gym and i am sure they wont be dissapointed.
