Most positive aspect is the owner Aman who himself is well trained coach who understands the need of an individual customer. He is ably supported by his team lead by Rohit Saini . Rohit is fully devoted and trained trainer and looks after you personally.

Great gym with good machines and equipments and ample space. The trainers here are very professional and up-to-date with the knowledge and skills. The steam facilities are great and hygienic. The group class sessions are also very efficient.
